My game does not start / crashes part way through

If you are unfortunate enough to experience a crash, please fully power down your iDevice (hold down the power button and then slide the red ‘slide to power off’ button across), and then re-start it. There is a good chance this will fix your problem.

How do I tell iPod touch 2nd and 3rd generation devices apart?

This link: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1353#iPod_touch_late2009 shows you how to tell the physically very similar 2nd & 3rd generation devices apart – in summary:

1. Model number (small text engraved on the back): iPod touch (2nd generation) is model A1288, and iPod touch (3rd generation) is model A1318.
2. Memory: iPod touch 2nd generation offered an 8GB version as well as 32 GB and 64 GB, 3rd generation only offered 32GB and 64GB.
3. iOS version: the highest iOS version supported by 2nd generation is 4.2.1 – are you running a later version, or if you are running 4.2.1 or lower does iTunes offer you an upgrade to your iOS software when you sync your iPod touch?

How do I use 'xyz' wind power? Can I see the Tutorials again?

At any time you can replay the 'help' for different aspects of the game by, when you are playing, tapping the 'pause' symbol at the top left of the screen, and then tapping the 'help' icon, which is a blue '?' sign over a book, and swiping to the tutorial you want.

How do I get to 'xyz' location? How do I use the Map?

At any time after Notea gives you the map you can bring it up by keeping Toku still for 2 seconds and tapping the 'pause' symbol that is then displayed at the top left of the screen.  The map shows you how each area of Mistralis you have explored is connected, with the number of entrances and exits.  The position that the connecting lines meet the small circle representing the level hint at where you may find the entrances / exits in the level (top left, bottom right, etc.).
